Elite reformer Pilates is a brand new studio with the most versatile reformers in the world and is all about creating the best Pilates experience. Get ready for a focused all-over-body Pilates workout which will leave you feeling strong, aligned, lengthened and connected to your core.

I am the proud owner of Elite Reformer Pilates, a mother to two gorgeous boys and a huge fitness fan. I launched Elite Reformer Pilates in Potters Bar just after Covid 19 back in 2020. Although this was a difficult time for us all, It was by far the most difficult time for me as my eldest son was diagnosed with a very rare genetic disorder known as SETBP1. This left me with 2 options …I would either completely break down under the enormous stress and pressure of this diagnosis, or, stay strong for him and my family and keep going, thankfully I went down the path of positivity and remained strong in such a dreadful time.
Don’t get me wrong, it took me a long time and I think it is never going to be easy to accept it, hear it, or see my sons struggles, but, opening my business gave me another reason to keep going, to stay strong for him, raise awareness and hopefully, one day, open a registered charity for children with SETBP1.
I wanted to create a space where strength and fitness meets grace while we all look after our mental health. So here I am today, preparing for the launch of the second Elite Reformer Pilates studio in Cockfosters. The 2nd studio will be opening on the 3rd of September 2024.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts. To ensure safety and minimise disruptions, the instructor may refuse entry if you are late. A 5-minute grace period is allowed.
For your safety, grip socks are required when using the Reformer Pilates machines, as other socks can be slippery and hazardous. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.
If you have any injuries, are pregnant, postpartum, or have other medical conditions, you will need approval from your GP to participate.
REMINDERS:
Our introductory offer of 2 classes for £28 is single use only and must be used within 1 month of purchasing.
Any refunded classes must be used within 1 month of the refunded class being issued.
Our 24 hour cancellation policy applies even for our unlimited packages – 100% fees apply.

At ‘Elite Reformer Pilates’, our dynamic reformer studios are run by our amazing experienced team of qualified instructors. They will take the time to teach you how to make full use of the Reformer and adapt the lesson to suit your individual needs.
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is not just pilates as you know it, it’s a more dynamic way of performing the exercise with far more health benefits. It uses specialist equipment called a ‘Reformer’ which incorporates the pilates exercise technique but allows for a more high powered and targeted workout. Reformer improves strength (especially around the core, back, glutes and thighs) flexibility and balance, as well as focus, coordination, posture and body alignment. This revolutionary exercise has been the ‘go to’ workout for many celebrities (such as Margot Robbie and Lady Gaga) and is a great place to start whatever your level of fitness.
